Being a working mom is not an easy task, though making your home and office same place is an excellent idea. But it is easier said than done, because when you are working in particular official environment, then it becomes very easy to focus on your work totally. While if you are working sitting at your home, though you have the benefit of spending time with your family and working too, yet it becomes very difficult to manage both the tasks in the same environment. It not only increases work pressure but also creates stress for you, so I am here to help you out with this terrible situation, by using some simple steps:
We all work for money isn't? But do not over exert yourself, work whatever is essential and can not be avoided.
Just make a list of tasks to be performed by you everyday in office and home both ,still if you do not reach goal 100% never mind.
Get one day off from the office and try to arrange everything that you require at home like shopping for grocery etc.
Have kids? That's even best, take small breaks during day time to spend some quality time with them; it will refresh you for your office work.
Even in this hectic schedule do not forget that you are married, hence spend some good with your spouse also.
I know balancing between work and home is too much and you often loose connection with your friends, that's not done, because talking to them regularly and going out with them is altogether a different experience.
Even just talking to the friend over phone about your worries and problems, will make you feel better.
Exercise is one thing that you must try to incorporate in your life because that is one thing that will rejuvenate you for sure.
Music is an excellent to forget all your worries and getting rid of stress and if you are found of dancing nothing like it.
Finally though you are working to support your family but try to get involved in only one job at a time rather than taking too many responsibility at the same time.
